At HindSitara, we are committed to delivering quality poojan samagri with care and authenticity. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what was ordered.

✅ Damaged Product

If the product is physically damaged during transit.

✅ Manufacturing Defect

If there is a genuine defect in the product.


3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any claim, the following is required:

  • Clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning

  • Visible proof of damage or defect

  • Order number

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


4. Reporting Timeline

All issues must be reported within:

24 hours of delivery

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and religious reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Opened sealed items

  • Cotton wicks, kumkum, chandan after opening

  • Customized or bulk orders

  • Perishable items


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within:

12 hours of placing the order

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

During festival or high-demand seasons, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed.


7. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. Product must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  2. Once received and inspected, refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline:

  • Initiated within 3–5 working days

  • Reflected in bank account within 7–10 working days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If return is due to customer preference (non-defective item), shipping costs may be deducted.

  • If error is from HindSitara, full refund including shipping will be provided.


9. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may:

  • Provide a replacement product
    OR

  • Issue refund

Decision will be based on product availability and case review.


10. Fraud Prevention

HindSitara reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious claims

  • Request additional verification

  • Take necessary legal action in case of misuse
